what to bring
Group Reformer Classes: Grip socks are optional to take our group reformer classes. Socks can be purchased at from our boutique.
Yoga/Pilates Mat Classes: If you are signed up for a yoga or pilates mat class you will need to bring your own mat or rent one at reception. Mat rentals are $5 and towel are complementary. Please wipe down your mat and return to front desk when finished.
check-in / late arrival policy
If this is your first time to the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class for your studio orientation. New clients must be present at the start of class—late entry is not permitted. Existing clients have a 5-minute grace period after the class begins.
If a waitlisted client arrives hoping for an open spot, they must wait the full 5 minutes to honor our late entry policy.
booking windows
All class packs, new client specials, and single class credits can sign up for classes as far in advance as they are able to depending on their credits and memberships.
reservation policies
To reserve a spot in class, you must have a valid credit package or membership on file. To make a reservation please login to your account using our Villa Pilates and Yoga App or by visiting our website. If you need to change your reservation, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time to avoid losing your credit or incurring a late cancellation charge.
cancellation/no show policy
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so as soon as possible via the Villa Pilates and Yoga App or our website.
Class Cancellations:
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) or no-shows:
Drop-in & class pack holders: Lose the class credit and a $10 late cancel fee
Unlimited Members: $15 late cancel fee
Private Training Cancellations:
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows:
You will be charged the full session fee, or a session credit will be deducted from your package.
Important: We do not accept cancellations via email, Facebook, or Instagram. You are responsible for managing your reservations through your account.
waitlist
If a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll receive an email or text notification based on your communication preferences. Read below for our waitlist details.
If you’re added to a class from the waitlist, the late cancellation policy applies. Remove yourself if you can no longer attend.
If you’re not added, your class credit remains available for future use.
You can check your waitlist position in the Villa Pilates and Yoga App under your schedule.
If you waitlist multiple classes, you’re responsible for managing your reservations to avoid accidental or double bookings.
Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the policy timeframe.

membership terms
All Villa Pilates and Yoga memberships require a minimum commitment of 1 month. After this period, memberships renew automatically on a month-to-month basis.
Billing & Payments
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Villa Pilates and Yoga to automatically charge your credit or debit card each month for your membership and any applicable late cancellation fees.
Membership charges will process on your contract renewal date.
If a payment fails, your booking privileges will be frozen until payment is resolved.
Class Credits & Expiration
Membership credits do not roll over and must be used within the 30-day billing cycle.
All New Client Specials have a 1 month expiration.
All Class Packages have a 6 month expiration.
Cancellations & Holds
To cancel your membership, email us with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and up to 2 months per calendar year by emailing us with exact dates.
Memberships cannot be canceled while frozen.
medical concerns & pregnancy
Villa Pilates and Yoga may decline entry to a class because of injury and other safety concerns including pregnancy. Under these circumstances, we would suggest booking a private session and allowing one of our instructors to give you an evaluation. If you are pregnant and in your first trimester, you may take any of our classes with your doctors consent. After your first trimester, we highly recommended private training so that you can receive the correct modifications and pregnancy appropriate exercises.
returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Classes and private sessions are not available for transfer or exchange and cannot be shared amongst clients. All merchandise bought is considered a final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
lost & found
Villa Pilates and Yoga is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
turn off and tune in
We want you to drop in and take space for YOU. Please leave your cellphones out of the studio during class. Pictures/videos can be taken before or after class starts, but recording is prohibited while class is in session.
age restriction
Minimum age to attend class is 16. A parent or guardian must be present if the individual is under the age of 18 and sign a consent form for them to take class.
